We therefore invest heavily in building capacity to work for our people. This is geared towards creating an internal customer family with outstanding world class and holistic competency in construction industry. We do this by providing the right and quality training, accredited certifications, and practical knowledge. We keep abreast with latest industry technological developments by exposing our staff to various workshops, symposiums and short term training sessions organized by the construction regulatory body in Kenya, National Construction Authority as well Health and safety requirements. We do not run away from challenges but we face them. We believe in continuous improvement of our people and in what we do. It is through them that can add tangible and self-sustaining value.

Beracah family has established a strong Corporate Social Responsibility model aimed at benefiting the communities both directly or indirectly. As a group, we know that our future depends on balancing between company growth targets and the contribution that we make to the sustainable social economic and environmental development of the communities from which we directly or indirectly source our customers, not only within Kenya but also regional. It is our quest to have active Participation in programs on human rights, labor and environment organized by international bodies. Top on the list being the United Nations Global Compact, which is a global initiative that calls for companies’ active alignment to strategies and principles on human rights, labor, environment and anticorruption all geared towards advancing global societal Sustainable Development Goals.

On what we do, environment and safety are our core mandates focused in making the world a better place to live in, whilst actively participating in scaling up regional and international infrastructure standards.
